Digital expertise

BIM Building

ETAFAT generates its accurate and exhaustive digital models from a 3D scanner, UAV or Mobile Mapping System digitization, and creates 3D ecosystems with interoperable data respecting O.G.C. standards (IFC & CITYGML).

We produce your 3D digital model for 3D visualization of the territory and projects. Geographic information with the 3D model of the territory promotes the understanding of issues, improves access to information and the development of digital services.

The innovative, intuitive and user-friendly collaborative tools offered by ETAFAT allow :

  • A global approach to understand the interactions between different development projects;
  • A modeling of apparent and buried networks;
  • A single interface to federate all services and information;
  • Easy access for decision-makers to take control and for everyone to join in.

Infrastructure BIM

Etafat brings its expertise in BIM infrastructure to optimize conceptual designs and accelerate the validation process and construction of more efficient and sustainable infrastructures.

The goal of BIM Infrastructure is to enable the most transparent, fast and accurate collaboration of the various stakeholders in a project. BIM is based on the 3D modeling of the project and the “intelligent digital model” which gathers all the information concerning the work (topography, land, geometry, geotechnics, cost …).

ETAFAT develops the whole BIM structure for an infrastructure project:
topographic acquisition in MMS and aerial photos, modeling of the existing state, modeling of the projected state, updating as the project progresses, synthesis and simulation.

BIM As Built

Thanks to the plurality of its knowledge of the constructive mode of the building, ETAFAT develops BIM (As-Built) thus achieving a real tool for the management of the real estate patrimony. ETAFAT’s expertise in 3D laser scanner and UAV, allows it to carry out an exact survey of the complete structure and to obtain a cloud of points of the building, in order to find the original state of the surveyed element and to model it according to the reference standards.
